What is the 90 day Anti-Cellulite Action Plan?

  1. Massage & Dry Brush  Dry brush your body… paying attention to problematic areas.
  2. Do exercises that work specifically on the cellulite areas.* Most fitness professionals recommend 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 4-5x/week.
  3. Aromatherapy baths are recommended to help the body release toxins. Try pinching the cellulite areas to help break down fatty deposits.
  4. Relaxation– Stress relieving activities such as yoga help increase oxygen in the body, which can enhance the results. Stress can actually cause cellulite to stick.
