You can feel increased energy, a stronger immune system, healthy digestion while feeling refreshed and light again because your feeding you body what it needs. Eating raw foods promote your body’s natural detoxification process.

Green Lemonade

Drinking this organic water will provide your body with cellular hydration, minerals, enzymes and Phytonutrients. It will help your cells to detoxify for maintenance.

Recommended  to use organic ingredients. For best results drink on an empty stomach. Makes a perfect start for the day before breakfast. 

Makes 1 Serving green lemonade

In a juicer add the following:

1 head romaine* lettuce or celery

5 to 6 stalks kale *

1-2 apples

1-2 carrots

1 whole organic lemon with skin

1-2 inches fresh ginger (optional)

 * You may use any of your favorite greens in the place of romaine or kale. Some excellent choices include: chard, collards, spinach, cucumber, ect, as long as there are dark leafy greens in there!

Raw Tabbouleh SaladTabbouleh

 

Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted quinoa
1 cucumber peeled, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 yellow onion finely chopped
1 bunch of parsley finely chopped
A few sprigs of mint finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients up in a bowl, let sit for 10 minutes to let the flavors soak in.

Raw Vegan Recipes

2 seedless cucumbers- sliced and quartered

1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Juice from 2 Lemons

2-3 garlic cloves crushed

2 tbsp. ExtraVirgin Olive Oil (I use my seasoned olive oil)

Small bunch of cilantro chopped

2 Corn on the cobs raw- Shave off corn  from cobs

1 California avocado cut in small squares

Mix together. Makes a great lunch.
