Blackberry-Lemon Cooler:
2 scoops TLS Vanilla Nutrition Shake
1/4 cup blackberries
5 ice cubes

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp. lemon zest

¼ cup coconut
1 tsp. agave

Blueberry Peach Cobbler Shake:

1 cup almond milk
15 blueberries
1 cup peach slices
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 graham crackers
5 ice cubes

Green Dream Shake:
2 scoops TLS Vanilla Nutrition Shake
1 cup strawberries
2 kiwifruits (peeled)
½ cup skim milk
2 scoops complete greens
½ cup water

BlackBerry Cream Sickle:
2 scoops TLS Vanilla Nutrition Shake
1 cup blackberries
1 cup almond milk

Black Cherry Berry Shake

2 scoops TLS Vanilla Nutrition Shake

½ cup black cherries (pitted)
½ black berries
1 cup almond, rice or coconut milk

Chocolate Rasberry Shake
2 scoops TLS Chocolate Nutrition Shake
1 cup of raspberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup almond or rice milk

Mint Chocolate Shake

Ingredients:
2 scoops TLS Chocolate Nutrition Shake
1 tsp. mint extract
1 cup almond milk

Banana Bread Smoothie:

2 Scoops TLS Vanilla Shake Mix,

1 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 Frozen Banana, ½ c. (dry measure) rolled oats

1 Tsp Cinnamon, 5 Ice Cubes, Blend Well (Optional: Top with crushed walnuts.
